1.    Officer, Programme Management (Academic Qualifications)

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Programme administration such as maintaining programme schedules, student records, student feedback, student attendance, assessments and grades
  • Providing student support in areas such as enrolment, admission, orientation, deferment, graduation
  • Providing support to students, faculty members and programme partners to ensure smooth delivery and completion of programmes
  • Tracking of graduate placements
  • Submitting and monitoring course fees claims, trainers' payments, etc
  • Supporting the team in other areas when the need arises
  • Any other duties as assigned by the RO

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualifications with 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the Education and Training environment
IT Savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, including Microsoft Outlook
Positive-minded individual who is meticulous and organised
Customer Service Oriented
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate in Mandarin, both written and spoken
Team player with good attitude and initiative

2.    Academic and Professional Qualification for Early Years' Trainer (Part-           time positions)

We are looking for qualified lecturers to join our pool of passionate teaching faculty. With rapid growth in the early childhood industry, SEED Institute plays a significant role in meeting the manpower needs of the industry.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood with at least 3 years of experience in infant & toddler care setting.
  • Preferably possess ACTA qualification

3.    Academic and Professional Qualification for Early Years Practicum                Supervisors (Part-time positions)

We would like to invite you to join SEED as an adjunct field practicum supervisor for our early years programmes.

Requirements
Field Practicum Supervisor should possess a minimum of Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education with at least 3 years of experience in infant and toddler care setting.

4.    Associate Trainer (Homebased Caregiving)

You will be conducting workshops to groups of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) and parents in infant and toddler care training (0 to 18 months). The workshops aim to equip FDWs and parents with knowledge and skills to create warm, safe and nurturing environments that embrace a climate of respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships for children to develop secure attachments and confidence.

Each series of workshops is 28 hours in duration, conducted over 4 days, during weekday evenings or Saturdays and Sundays. You are expected to engage FDWs and parents in an interactive manner, using simple English.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Higher Certificate in Infant Care, Advanced Certificate in Early Years, Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least 3 years of experience working with infants and toddlers ( 0 to 18 months) OR
  • Nursing qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing
  • Open to work with people from different cultures
  • Patient, warm, friendly, engaging, like to help others grow
  • Good facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Training experience of at least 3 years
  • Proficient in English and ability to engage attention using very simple English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Chinese dialects, Malay and/or Tamil) is preferred

5.    学前华文实习导师(兼职)

专业资格:

  • 学前教育本科或大专文凭

  • 幼儿保育和教育新技能资格专业文凭课程的学员(大专学员)
  • 幼儿保育新技能资格高级证书课程的学员(证书学员)

7.    中文学前教育培训讲师(兼职)

我们正在征聘资质的幼教培训讲师。随着幼教行业的迅速发展,新苗师范学院(SEED Institute)对缓解行业的人力缺乏扮演着重要角色。我院提供教学培训机会,开设学前教育大专文凭课程。新苗师范学院致力于逐渐扩展课程范围和各种工作坊,以满足不断增加的幼教行业的需求。

8.    Associate Faculty for ECE Academic Programmes

We are looking for qualified lecturers to join our pool of passionate teaching faculty. With rapid growth in the early childhood industry, SEED Institute plays a significant role in meeting the manpower needs of the industry. We offer teaching opportunities at Certificate, Diploma and Degree levels. SEED Institute has continually expanded our range of programmes and workshops to meet the increasing needs of the industry.

Compulsory Academic/Professional Requirements:

  • Master degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 3 years of preschool experience as a Teacher
  • Attained full or partial qualification in "Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)"

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of preschool experience as a Principal (note: for teaching Leadership programmes)
  • Good communication skills
  • Keen interest in teaching adult learners
  • Preferred areas of teaching specialisation or experience in:
