1.    Officer, Programme Management (Field Practicum Support) - One Year Contract

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Allocate attachment centres and field practicum supervisors to students for their field practicum
  • Liaise with attachment centres, field practicum team and supervisors to ensure smooth running of field practicum
  • Provide support to students on field practicum related matters
  • Monitor students' attendance and administer assessment results
  • Facilitate learning journeys
  • Handle students' assignments and scoresheets
  • Process payment for field practicum supervisors and support the team in other areas when the need arises
  • Any other duties as assigned by the RO

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma qualifications with minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the Education and Training environment
  • IT Savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, including Microsoft Outlook
  • Positive-minded individual who is meticulous and organised
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate in Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Team player with good attitude and initiative

Other notes

  • Working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm and one Saturday every 2 months from 10am - 2pm (bi-monthly)

2.    Officer, Programme Management (Academic Qualifications) - One Year Contract 

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Programme administration such as maintaining programme schedules, student records, student feedback, student attendance, assessments and grades
  • Providing student support in areas such as enrolment, admission, orientation, deferment, graduation
  • Providing support to students, faculty members and programme partners to ensure smooth delivery and completion of programmes
  • Tracking of graduate placements
  • Submitting and monitoring course fees claims, trainers' payments, etc
  • Supporting the team in other areas when the need arises
  • Any other duties as assigned by the RO

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualifications with 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the Education and Training environment

3.    Academic and Professional Qualification for Early Years' Trainer (Part-time positions)

We are looking for qualified lecturers to join our pool of passionate teaching faculty. With rapid growth in the early childhood industry, SEED Institute plays a significant role in meeting the manpower needs of the industry.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood with at least 3 years of experience in infant & toddler care setting.
  • Preferably possess ACTA qualification

4.    Academic and Professional Qualification for Early Years Practicum Supervisors (Part-time positions)

We would like to invite you to join SEED as an adjunct field practicum supervisor for our early years programmes.

Requirements
Field Practicum Supervisor should possess a minimum of Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education with at least 3 years of experience in infant and toddler care setting.

5.    Associate Trainer (Homebased Caregiving)

You will be conducting workshops to groups of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) and parents in infant and toddler care training (0 to 18 months). The workshops aim to equip FDWs and parents with knowledge and skills to create warm, safe and nurturing environments that embrace a climate of respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships for children to develop secure attachments and confidence.

Each series of workshops is 28 hours in duration, conducted over 4 days, during weekday evenings or Saturdays and Sundays. You are expected to engage FDWs and parents in an interactive manner, using simple English.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Higher Certificate in Infant Care, Advanced Certificate in Early Years, Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least 3 years of experience working with infants and toddlers ( 0 to 18 months) OR
  • Nursing qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing
  • Open to work with people from different cultures
  • Patient, warm, friendly, engaging, like to help others grow
  • Good facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Training experience of at least 3 years
  • Proficient in English and ability to engage attention using very simple English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Chinese dialects, Malay and/or Tamil) is preferred

  • 幼儿保育新技能资格高级证书课程的学员(证书学员)
