Untangling the Mystery of Sensory Processing Issues in Young Children

Workshop 3: Untangling the Mystery of Sensory Processing Issues in Young Children (EL)
Trainer: DanaKae Bonahoom

This is an informative foundational seminar for anyone who wants to gain greater insight and understanding into Sensory Processing Disorder and the development of children.

Every child has several sensory systems - the all-important touch/tactile, visual processing, auditory processing, and the often overlooked proprioceptive system (understanding where your body is in space), and vestibular system (modulating and perceiving movement).  Find out how each system plays a significant role in the cognitive and physical development of the child.
